This policy outlines our commitments regarding shipping timelines and the process for returns, explicitly addressing our acceptance of Open Box Returns under strict hygiene conditions required for certified skincare products.
1. Shipping Information
Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment from our Udaipur facility within business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Rajasthan/India).
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on the destination within India.
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Express Shipping: Typically 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch (if available).
Shipping Costs and Taxation (GST)
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Crucially: All product prices and shipping fees displayed are inclusive of the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by Indian tax laws.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
2. Return Policy (No Open Box Return)
General Condition for Returns
All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging ( no open box), complete with all tags, instructions, and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products where the internal hygienic seal has been broken or tampered with.
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.
- Items marked as "Final Sale."
3. Refunds and Process
Initiating a Return
- Contact us at support@velloraskincare.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photographs of the product, explicitly showing the intact hygienic seal (if applicable).
- Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, insured service. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once the return is received and passes inspection (confirming the hygiene seal is intact):
- We will process after the video verification, but no product opening.
- The refund amount (minus any applicable restocking fees or original shipping charges) will be credited to your original method of payment.
